Equity & Debt Fundraising

• Assist in formulating and preparing business plan and other communications tools.
• Contact venture capital firms and private investors to pitch client’s company.
• Prepare, coach and act as objective voice for management team throughout the fund-raising process.
• Assist in strategy, presentations to investors, due diligence and negotiation of term sheets and closing documents.
• Assist team in other areas of company development during the fund-raising process.
• Assist with strategy and preparation for meetings with banks/lenders; sell company vision to banks.
• Negotiate terms, review documents and supervise process through closing.

• Implement emergency short-term cost cutting.
• Situation evaluation: management, employees, lenders, suppliers, customers.
• Work-outs, including change management and creditor relations.
• Review sales and business model for short/mid-term improvements.

Pan-European & Intercontinental Business Development

• Provide client with ground level information on doing business in the USA, Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland and Senegal/West Africa.
• Work with client in formulating a marketing and sales plan and choosing target markets.
• Assist the management team in making the necessary business development, sales, logistical and administrative contacts to launch a sales initiative and/or operation in Europe, USA or Africa
